🔄 Complete Process of Wood Pellet Manufacturing
1. Raw Material Collection
Agricultural residues, sawdust, wood chips, paddy straw, bamboo, and other biomass are collected locally.
2. Size Reduction (Shredding & Grinding)
Materials are fed into a Hammer Mill to achieve uniform particle size for better pelletizing efficiency.
3. Drying Process
The crushed material is dried using a Rotary Dryer or Hot Air Dryer to achieve 10–12% moisture content.
4. Pelletization
The dried biomass is fed into a Yulong Pellet Mill (XGJ series) — compressing it under high pressure into dense, cylindrical pellets.
5. Cooling & Screening
Fresh pellets are cooled in a Pellet Cooler, then screened to remove fines for uniform quality.
6. Packing & Dispatch
Final pellets are automatically packed in bags or jumbo sacks and transported for industrial use in NTPC, cement plants, boilers, and burners.
